This policy explains what information SilverFox Luxury Rides collects when you use this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, flight number if you give it, and notes about your trip. Payment details are collected directly by our payment provider (Stripe or Square); we do not see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information only to quote, confirm and operate your ride: sending your confirmation and receipt, sharing the pickup details with your assigned chauffeur, contacting you about your trip, and tracking your flight when applicable.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, you agree to receive transactional text messages about your booking (confirmations, driver updates, reminders). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers that make the ride possible: our payment processor, email and messaging providers, and mapping services used to calculate routes. We never sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
