These terms apply to every ride booked with SilverFox Luxury Rides ("we", "us") through this website. By booking, you agree to them.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. Rates are calculated before you book from the route, the vehicle and the date. The price you confirm is the price you pay, except for changes you request after booking (extra stops, extra time, route changes).

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe or Square). We never store your card number. If you chose to pay in person, payment is due to the chauffeur at pickup.

Gratuity

Any gratuity you add goes in full to your chauffeur.

Waiting time

We wait up to 15 minutes at any address and up to 60 minutes after an airport arrival at no extra cost. After that, waiting time may be charged at our hourly rate. For airport pickups we track your flight and adjust the pickup time to delays.

Cancellations

You can cancel at no cost up to 12 hours before pickup. Cancellations made later, or no-shows, may be charged the full fare.

Your responsibilities

Please be ready at the pickup time and give us accurate addresses, passenger count and luggage. Smoking, illegal substances and behavior that endangers the chauffeur or the vehicle are not allowed; we may end the ride in those cases. Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers may be charged.

Children

Children must travel in a proper car seat as required by law. Request one when booking.

Delays outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events outside our control, but we will always do our best to get you there on time.
